Overview
Peptsci ("Peptsci," "we," "us," or "our") manufactures and distributes peptides and related compounds to licensed healthcare professionals. Because our products are temperature-sensitive and depend on controlled storage, we enforce strict rules around cancellations, returns, and refunds in order to preserve product integrity and chain-of-custody standards. This policy is incorporated into, and subject to, the Provider Terms and Conditions that govern every product purchase.
All Sales Final
Given the specialized nature of our products and their controlled storage and handling requirements, every sale is final once the order ships. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on products that have left our facility, because we have no way to confirm that proper storage conditions were maintained afterward. This standard exists to protect both Peptsci and our customers by preserving product integrity.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted only before an order ships. Once an order enters fulfillment or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled or changed. To request a cancellation before shipment, email us right away at support@peptsci.com with your order number, and we will confirm whether the order is still eligible. Orders canceled prior to shipment receive a full refund to the original payment method.
Manufacturing Defects
Peptsci stands behind the quality of everything we produce. If you believe a product you received has a manufacturing defect — meaning it does not conform to the specifications on its Certificate of Analysis (COA) at the time of shipment because of Peptsci's manufacturing process — you must notify us in writing within fourteen (14) days of receiving it.
To report a suspected defect, email support@peptsci.com and include: (a) your order number; (b) the product name and lot number; (c) a description of the suspected defect; and (d) any supporting documentation or photos. Our team will evaluate the claim, and if we confirm a manufacturing defect, we will — at our sole discretion — either replace the product or refund its purchase price.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Every shipment is inspected and verified before leaving our facility. If your order arrives with items that are missing, incorrect, or visibly damaged, notify us immediately upon receipt — and no later than forty-eight (48) hours after delivery — at support@peptsci.com. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and photos of any damage (packaging included).
We review each case individually and will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacing the affected items or issuing a credit, at Peptsci's sole discretion. Claims filed after the 48-hour window may not qualify for resolution.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued only in these situations: (a) an order canceled before shipment; (b) a manufacturing defect verified by Peptsci's quality assurance team; or (c) a shipping error verified as attributable to Peptsci. No refunds are available for any other reason — including change of mind, customer ordering mistakes, or products that were opened, used, or improperly stored after delivery.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten (10) business days; your bank or card issuer may add additional processing time. If fifteen (15) or more business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven't received it, contact us at support@peptsci.com.
Shipping
Peptsci ships only within the United States and does not offer international shipping. Any order placed for delivery outside the U.S. will be canceled and refunded. Peptsci accepts no responsibility for orders sent to freight forwarders or for attempts to reroute shipments outside the United States.
Where required, products ship with appropriate temperature controls. Risk of loss and title transfer to the Provider when we deliver the package to the carrier. Peptsci is not responsible for carrier delays, weather, or other events beyond our control. If tracking shows delivery but you did not receive your package, contact the carrier directly and file a claim.
Storage Requirements
Products must be stored according to the specifications supplied with each item. Failing to maintain proper storage conditions after delivery can degrade the product. Peptsci accepts no responsibility for improperly stored products, and claims based on degradation caused by improper storage will not be honored.
Regulatory Status and Provider Responsibility
Peptsci products carry "For Professional Use Only" labeling and are sold exclusively to licensed healthcare professionals. They are not FDA-approved for any specific indication. Peptsci operates solely as a manufacturer and supplier — we do not offer clinical guidance, treatment recommendations, or advice on appropriate use. How any product is used falls exclusively within the Provider's professional judgment and scope of practice.
Regulations governing peptides and compounded products differ by state and continue to evolve. Providers are responsible for independently reviewing and complying with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to their practice — including informed consent, documentation, and any required approvals or authorizations. Peptsci encourages Providers to seek advice from qualified legal counsel about their specific compliance obligations.
By purchasing from Peptsci, the Provider represents that they have independently determined their intended use is lawful under their license and applicable regulations. Peptsci makes no representation about the suitability of any product for any particular use, and nothing in this Refund Policy expands or modifies the Provider Terms and Conditions.

Peptsci may update this policy at any time. Updates take effect when posted to our website, and continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. The version of this policy in effect when you place an order governs that transaction.
